AS COFFEE IS A CONSUMABLE GOOD WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND COFFEE IF IT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY

WE OFFER A 14 DAY RETURNS PERIOD ON ONLINE ORDERS FOR MERCHANDISE
AND EQUIPMENT (BESPOKE CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS SUCH AS COFFEE OR GIFT
SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED).
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY AND RETURN
THE ITEM UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU WILL HAVE A FURTHER 14 DAYS
TO RETURN THE ITEM AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR RETURN SHIPPING
COSTS.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED UNUSED
AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF
POSTAGE, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS INSURED WITH PROOF OF POSTAGE.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND
