Over the past year, rising costs have affected eve

Over the past year, rising costs have affected every part of running our coffee shop, from higher prices for coffee, ingredients, energy, wages, rent, insurance and even servicing our espresso machine ✨️

We have absorbed costs for as long as possible, but to continue serving you the quality and service you expect, we needed to adjust our prices slightly 👇

Our prices are now broadly in line with major chains, but we do things differently. We use genuinely sustainable coffee directly from the farm, brewed on a gold standard La Marzocco and work with local suppliers wherever possible...

We don’t charge extra for alternative milks, decaf or gluten free options, because we don’t believe anyone should pay more due to intolerances which is balanced out in the general coffee prices 💛

By supporting us, you’re also supporting other local businesses. We’re independent, not backed by a big company and every cup you buy helps us stay open, support our team and keep doing things properly. Thank you for supporting local, sustainable coffee 🙏

We'll talk more about the @bellwethercoffee roaster in due course but we were lucky enough to get a grant for this equipment (due to it's green credentials). It will hopefully help with cost efficiency moving forwards as well as completing the loop on your coffee experience with us 👍
